What to expect: training
3-4 hours of daily training either in the morning or afternoon (weather dependent)
Player evaluations on strength, speed, accuracy and conditioning/resistance at beginning and end of camp
Push-Ups, pull-ups, squats, sprints, 3-5K run
Small team training (Ratio will be 4-5 kids per coach)
Speed drills including Ladder, Hurdles, Jump Rope, Parachute.
