What to expect: training

  • 3-4 hours of daily training either in the morning or afternoon (weather dependent)

  • Player evaluations on strength, speed, accuracy and conditioning/resistance at beginning and end of camp

  • Push-Ups, pull-ups, squats, sprints, 3-5K run

  • Scrimmages with local team(s)

  • Speed drills including Ladder, Hurdles, Jump Rope, Parachute.
